The Problem

This is Craig. Craig has some important financial questions but doesn’t know who to ask. He tried reading on the internet, but he just wants to talk to a real person and ask a few questions. He’s hesitant to meet with a financial advisor because he knows that so many of them earn commissions for selling financial products. Craig doesn’t want to be sold a product, he just wants his questions answered. What is he supposed to do?


The LIght bulb

A light bulb goes off as Craig remembers something that was covered at work during his company’s benefits meeting. Craig’s employer provides a subscription to Forthright Partners™ which is available for all employees to use free of charge. With Forthright Partners™, Craig can schedule a telephone or virtual meeting with a Forthright financial expert to talk about anything that’s important to him. The financial expert’s only goal is to give Craig good answers to his questions - there are no product sales. Craig can use Forthright Partners™ as many times as he’d like.

The website

So Craig heads over to his computer and goes to www.MyForthright.com to request a virtual session with a Forthright financial expert. He inputs his contact information as well as a few details regarding his questions. The more specific Craig is, the more productive the conversation will be when he gets on the phone with his financial expert.


The Review

Once Craig hits the “Submit” button, his inquiry will be received by a member of our staff who will check it for any missing information. Craig’s request will then be routed to a financial expert who will be assigned to Craig. They will reach out to Craig within one business day for a brief pre-call.

The Pre-call

During the pre-call, our staff member will schedule the date and time of Craig’s financial counseling session. Like many people, Craig has an unusual schedule, so it is helpful that the financial expert can book him for whenever it is convenient for Craig. Also during the pre-call, our staff member will review Craig’s questions with him and ensure we understand the scope of what he’d like to talk about.


The Appointment

When the time arrives for Craig’s appointment, he’ll either receive a call from his assigned financial expert or he’ll meet them in a virtual room. Craig comes prepared to take lots of notes because he’ll be able to speak freely and confidentially with his financial expert about anything related to his money. The representative will explain all of Craig’s options in an understandable way as well as offer their opinion. Our financial experts do not sell products so this meeting is 100% informational. We won’t hang up until Craig is completely satisfied.


The Smile

After Craig’s call, he’s had all of his questions answered and can get back to his life. He has peace of mind knowing that he’s got the best information available from a completely unbiased source whose only goal is to help him make good financial decisions. If something comes up later, Craig can always call us back and we’ll pick up where we left off.
